From Santiago to Zapallar by car -

You take Ruta 5 Norte, heading out of Santiago due North. Around KM130 - that should be around 1 hour 20 minutes drive - you will see a turn-off to Catapilco. You follow that road for around 25 minutes until the end when you will find yourself in Laguna

You turn right and follow the road to Zapallar

Once in Zapallar it is easiest to ask directions to the restaurant the Chiringuito - as you are headed down the hill towards the Chiringuito the last large house you see is Casa Wilson. The road is Francisco de Paula Perez, and 191 is outside on the wall

Remember there are tolls in Chile and the total cost charged in cash will be around CLP10.000
